Automation and modularization, bring Cosball into production.
December 1st, 1913, Henry Ford installs the first moving assembly line for the mass production of an entire automobile. His innovation reduced the time it took to build a car from more than 12 hours to one hour and 33 minutes, reduced the amount of workers required, allowing for the mass production of the Model T, and ultimately reducing the price for the Model T from $850 to $260 to bring on an era of transportation to the masses.
Cosball’s Module Smart Factory seeks to innovate the cosmetics industry with an expansion on Henry Ford’s philosophy.
Today, the term “Automation” has been replaced with “Smart Factory”
Smart Factory→ Leads to Mass Production = Reduction in product price
Smart Factory → Leads to less Human Power = Reduction in product price
Smart Factory → Leads to Consistency = Product Quality Control
To further expand upon Smart Factory features, Cosball has modularized and encased the machinery. By modularizing and encasing the Smart Factory, Cosball has developed a manufacturing system that is transportable and expandable.
No longer are products produced in a single location and shipped world wide. Instead the manufacturing machinery is shipped globally, with the products being manufactured locally. Reducing shipping, handling, and taxation expenses.
By encasing the machinery, the production line itself is a clean facility. Thereby completing the modularization and efficiency of the Cosball production.
Ultimately all in the efforts to reduce the end product price of Cosball products while providing the highest quality product, to foster a new era of skincare solutions that are sold on a Global Mass Scale.
